The Lucy Craft Laney Museum of Black History held an opening reception for the Epochs of Courage: African American Golf Exhibition, which featured historical photographs, memorabilia, publications and documents illustrating the impact and contributions that African-Americans have made to the sport of golf with a focus on caddies.
