CSRA Chef Belinda Smith-Sullivan, aka Chef Belinda, mixes up specialty spice blends using top secret formulas and only the best ingredients. The blends are “mixed in small batches so the freshness is not compromised,” says the chef.
Smith-Sullivan has been selling hand-crafted spice blends on her website and at a table outside the Whole Foods supermarket in Columbia, S.C. This past October her products made the jump from outside to inside the store, onto the shelves of the store’s Columbia location. “This is a huge jump for my business,” she says.
The product line features 11 spice blends, including steak rubs, Caribbean and Moroccan Coffee Blends, Greek Seasoning Blend and more.
