Thomas and Don Pak brought sushi to Augusta 26 years ago when they opened the original Mi Koto behind Windsor Jewelers. The Paks moved the business to Port Royal and then opened the Mi Koto location by Piccadilly on Washington Road.
At their current restaurant, Matsu Sige, they continue to serve up some of the freshest and tastiest sushi and Japanese food in the CSRA. Slices of glistening sashimi, along with a wide selection of nigiri sushi and rolls please the raw-fish lovers. And for those who prefer their seafood cooked, the Tuna Tataki (left) features flame-seared tuna that’s sliced and topped with sesame-soy-pepper sauce.
