QUICK BITE
Chef Sean Wight
John Harpring
Burgers Straight From the Farm
House-made ketchup, hand-cut fries and a focus on local products. What more would you expect when Sean Wight, the chef-owner of Frog Hollow Tavern, sets out to open a burger joint in the old Merry’s Trash and Treasures warehouse space on Broad Street?
Farmhaus Burgers will open soon, offering up South Carolina Angus burgers, milkshakes made from local milk and a menu that’s all prepared in-house.
Wight will open his third downtown restaurant in 2013—a wine-focused venue with artisan pizzas and more.
