2012 - 2013 Arts Calendar
Augusta Magazine takes pleasure in putting together our arts calendar each year as well as pride in the community that produces and supports such a diversity of high-quality cultural offerings. The Calendar includes events in Richmond, Columbia and Aiken counties, as well as Columbia S.C., and collectively illustrates the wealth of arts and cultural options available to residents of the CSRA, from music of all genres to art exhibitions, to dance and theatrical performances, film and more. Many of these events are staged by the city’s richly talented artistic pool. Others are brought to us by organizations such as the Symphony Orchestra Augusta, the Augusta Ballet and Augusta State University, which annually sponsor nationally acclaimed musical and artistic series.
