Although the Willcox is “the place to be seen during happy hour,” according to Augusta Magazine, you don’t have to stop by the landmark hotel to enjoy their signature cocktail anymore. Restaurant manager Matthew Sayer shares the recipe and says the secret to the Parisian is 42-Below vodka from New Zealand, the world’s most award-winning vodka.
2 ounces 42-Below vodka
1 ounce St. Germain
1 ounce cranberry juice
1/2 fresh lime, juiced
Flaming orange, to garnish
Combine all ingredients except orange in a shaker. Add ice, shake thoroughly and then strain into a chilled martini glass.
Garnish with a flaming orange. Makes 1 Parisian.
